The latest generation of the iPhone spanning two models and Apple’s newest Siri-infused premium smart speaker are all becoming available for purchase in the United States and Canada at midnight, Apple confirmed mere minutes ago in a prepared statement. Both product ranges were initially expected to hit the market earlier in the year but amid all the chaos that has been happening since February, Apple’s suppliers were simply unable to stick with their usual roadmaps.
In any case, the imminent iPhone 12 Pro Max is going to release in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB models. In terms of colors, expect graphite, silver, gold, and blue, with the entry-level configuration retailing at $1,099. Meanwhile, the iPhone 12 mini will be for sale in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB models offered in black, white, blue, green, and red beginning at $699. At the same time, the HomePod mini is going to be sold at $99.
And yes, Black Friday is just around the corner but do not expect it to encompass meaningful iPhone 12 series deals. The HomePod mini, however, should be fair game for both Apple and its distributors to discount, so it would probably be wise to wait another couple of weeks before purchasing one.
